- 1 / 5By Sille GanipisWhoever is the area manager of this outlet should keep a close eye on customer service. The worst mcdo I've ever been to. I don't know how they ever pass mystery shopper's check. I've been to this outlet in their takeaway counter 3x to get something to eat and their staff and duty manager just ignore and serve you whenever they want to with no urgency or no speed of service and no smile. It is beside the train station where people are always rushing to catch a train. I hope mcdo can cope up with this demand. I remember the fries that I ordered and waited for a long time only to get a soggy and lapsed one, I just don't get it. If it was sitting in the frying area for a while then I should have gotten it quickly. Today, as usual I waited for service and met by a no smile manager and I ordered coffee and she said they can't serve coffee that's it. Seriously, Mcdo should check this outlet...it's terrible!November 24, 2016
